Weybridge remembers Bob Watts

Robert “Bob” Dean Watts, Age 86, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022. He was born November 27, 1935 in Woodsfield, Ohio. He was predeceased by his parents, brother, and sister.

Robert is survived by his wife of 64 years, Josephine, children Beth Stolz, Robert Watts, Brian Watts, Bill Watts, and Lisanne Ludwig, and 12 grandchildren.

Bob was a proud veteran of the U.S Navy and Marine Corps Reserves. He was a hard-working man and retired from Consolidated Freightways as a transport operator after 30 years.

Robert was also a devoted family man. His grandchildren were his greatest love, always supporting them, and being involved by attending their various activities. He was a long-time member of St. Brigid of Kildare, and Knights of Columbus 3rd degree, as well as a member of the Catholic War Veterans post #1936.

He was a bright presence in people’s lives and will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Bob’s name to St. Brigid of Kildare Church. The family held a private mass at St. Brigid of Kildare.
