The annual meeting of Weybridge Homeowners Association, Inc. is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12 starting at 7:00 p.m., held at the Country Club at Muirfield Village. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend. Here’s the address:

6:30 p.m. — Residents can enjoy light appetizers and a cash bar. The appetizers are being provided by a generous, but anonymous, Weybridge resident. The club will provide water, lemonade, and iced tea, but other soft drinks or alcohol will be at your own expense.
7:00 p.m. — The current Board of Trustees will conduct the annual meeting. There will be live reports from the President, Treasurer, Landscaping, and more.
Special Note: This meeting also includes a formal resident vote on a change to the Code of Regulations that will allow the Weybridge board to conduct meetings, communications, and other business electronically. Ballots were mailed to residents in late September and the final vote count — whether mailed in or made in person — will be at this meeting.
About COVID-19 Protocols
At this time, The Country Club at Muirfield Village require face masks for all visitors that are not fully vaccinated. So if you’re vaccinated, no mask is required. They are also limiting seating at tables to a maximum of 4 people.
