Weybridge HOA Annual Meeting via Zoom: Tue, Oct 13 at 7:00pm

As recently announced in The Bridge, the Weybridge HOA Board of Trustees is holding the official annual meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 and invites all residents to attend. And this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual meeting will be held online (and on the phone) via Zoom.

Please Note: We will be recording the Zoom meeting and will post it to the Weybridge website later, for anyone that would like to see the meeting but cannot join on Tuesday.

Meeting Time

The official Annual Meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. But you can join the Zoom call as early as 6:30 p.m. if you would like to test your connection or just to socialize with your Weybridge neighbors before the formal meeting begins.

First, make sure you have the latest Zoom software or mobile app (free) on your Mac, your Windows PC, your tablet, or your smartphone. All Zoom downloads are available here: https://zoom.us/download

You can also join from any current-generation web browser.

Once you’re in the meeting, you can mute or unmute yourself, and hide or show your webcam video. You can also change your screen layout and so forth. To learn more about basic Zoom functions, check out the Zoom Support Center.

Zoom Details to Join by Phone

You can join the annual meeting by phone if you do not have a computer (or don’t want to use one). Keep in mind you won’t be able to see anyone, nor will you see any documents shared during the meeting. But you will be able to hear everyone and be heard, if needed.

NOTE: The dial-in phone numbers are long distance from Ohio. Weybridge HOA is not responsible for any fees you may incur from dialing in.
