As previously announced, the Weybridge HOA board gathered online, with a group of residents, to hold the formal annual meeting on Tuesday, October 13. The meeting shared a variety of updates, including financial information and more.
If you’d like to see the meeting, we recorded the Zoom session and made it available below and on YouTube for review and future reference. Video length is about 48 minutes.
It’s a big week in Weybridge! We have 3 different things happening, so here’s a quick reminder on events this week.

The annual meeting of the Weybridge HOA is tonight, online via Zoom, at 7:00 p.m. However, we’re opening the meeting 30 minutes early (at 6:30 p.m.) for anyone that would like to test out their connections or just socialize with their neighbors online. Weybridge Ladies Lunch Thursday, Oct 15 @ 11:00 a.m.
On Thursday this week Weybridge Women can gather over at Bob Evans in Powell for the monthly Ladies Lunch. Today’s the deadline for letting Sharon Foster know if you plan to attend. More info, including Sharon’s contact info, is available here.
Lawn fertilization and weed spraying Friday, Oct 16
Finally, on Friday, our lawn care experts will be back to apply the last fertilizer round of the year, and they will spray for weeds. This can pose a short-term toxic risk for pets or children, so keep this in mind. More info, including the option to mark parts of your yard as off-limits to fertilizer, can be found here.
BrightView will be back in the Weybridge neighborhood on Friday, October 16 their to apply the fourth round of fertilizer and weed control spray. This helps prevent the growth of crabgrass and broadleaf weeds.
Special Note on Turf Treatments If you have areas of your lawn you do not want fertilized or sprayed, you can place lawn flags to mark areas that are off-limits. If you need flags, they are available on Brent Kleihauer’s front stoop.
For areas that are sprayed and fertilized, homeowners with pets or children are advised to keep them off the lawn for at least 24 hours after the chemicals are applied.
Though not required by law, face masks are recommended for the safety of our residents and the restaurant staff.
Do you plan to attend? Sharon needs to know the attendee count as soon as possible, so please contact her with your plans to attend no later than Tuesday, September 13. Please contact Sharon at 614-659-7819 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
