Welcome to June!
This month Weybridge is re-sealing driveways throughout the neighborhood — one of the benefits of our quarterly HOA dues. Plans currently call for sealing operations on Monday, June 15 and Tuesday, June 16. In case of rain, seal coating may continue Wednesday, June 17.
The work is being done by McMillen Paving & Sealing.
The sealing service comes at no additional charge (over normal HOA dues). However, residents have the option to add driveway crack filling for a one-time fee of $13. But to get that service, you have to:
- Contact VP Pamela Webb at weybridgevp@gmail.com to request the crack-fill service
- Make a $13 payment (generally by check) to Weybridge HOA, then drop it off with Treasurer Edgar Kuplis (9227 Stratton Lane).
Keep in mind you have to request the crack fill service up front — crack filling is done before the sealing, and cannot be done later.

Just ahead of the driveway sealing work, McMillen will distribute a flyer to all residents with instructions, specific dates, parking recommendations, and so forth. Watch the inbox below your mailbox for that flyer in the next couple weeks.
