Landscaping precautions for COVID-19 in Weybridge

Landscaping season is picking up, but so are concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic. Weybridge recently received the following message from our BrightView account manager, addressing how their landscaping teams are taking precautions to protect our residents. If you have any questions about BrightView’s services, feel free to contact our Landscape Officer Brent Kliehauer (weybridgelandscape@gmail.com).

As the COVID-19 situation continues to progress and evolve, we at BrightView continue to take the necessary precautions to keep all crews, residents and employees safe.

  • We have staggered our crew start times in the morning to limit the amount of interaction between crew members to a minimum
  • Daily symptom screenings before crews are sent out for the day
  • All trucks are sanitized at the end of the day
  • No crew member is allowed to set foot in any indoor facility on the property

Not only is this at the forefront of our continued maintenance services, we also look to keep your property’s safe as well during this difficult time.

I’ve attached a letter released by the National Association of Landscape Professionals explaining why landscape maintenance is considered an essential service. “We provide a service that is necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences, Essential Activities, and Essential Businesses.” I hope this can begin to ease your mind during this pandemic. Please reach out with any questions and we look forward to providing next level service this 2020 season.

Thanks and stay safe,
